Conversion of cellar in terraced Victorian property in Balham, London
 
     
The property had an existing cellar of approximately 603 square feet (56 square metres) and a head height of five feet seven inches.

 

 

   

The basement floor area on completion was 1022 square feet (95 square metres).

     
The work took twenty weeks to complete and created new living space comprising of a TV/Family Room, Study, Shower Room, Wine Cellar and walk in Storage Room.
