Basement excavated and converted to home office use
in Farnham, Surrey
This basement at Westbourne Grove in Farnham, Surrey was created from a basement only 4ft deep.
The previous owner had been unable to solve the water ingress problems and had raised the basement floor accordingly.
The contractor re-excavated, solved the water ingress problem and converted the cellar to a useful office room.
